This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.1 to delete the name of the petitioner from the History Sheet in Rowdy List on the file of the respondent No.2. 2.The petitioner's representation is of the year 2015. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation, if so advised.
