ORDER
When this writ petition is taken up for hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions submits that the land in S.No.748A1B stands in five persons name as joint patta in patta No.951 and the petitioner alone submitted application. Unless the property is sub divided or a joint application is submitted by all the pattadhars the respondents will not be in a position to take any decision.
3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy 2/4
either by making a joint application or by sub dividing the property. No costs.
