Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in RC.N6/231/15 dated 19.02.2016 and quash the same.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the appointment order, dated 19.02.2016, issued to the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard Mr.A.Joel Paul Antony, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. Perused the material documents available on records.

3. The contention of the respondents is that the petitioner is having own land worth about Rs.60 lakhs, however, the 3rd respondent is not having any land and she is in indigent circumstances. Therefore, the respondents 1 & 2 have decided that the 3rd respondent is more eligible person than the petitioner.

4. This Court is convinced about the reason to select the 3rd respondent. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 2/4
