The petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to give new electricity service connection to the petitioner's shop situated in S.No.129/4-A of Nerkuppai Village Group, Thirupatthur Taluk, Sivagangai District, has filed this writ petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Electricity Board submits that the electricity service connection sought for by the petitioner was already granted to the petitioner. 3.In view of the submission made above, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition.
