ORDER

The petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that the petitioner and his family were ex-communicated from the village and seeking action as against the private respondents this writ petition is filed. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner and his family members were not allowed to worship in the temple in the year 2016.

3. When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner's representation has been duly considered by respondents and there is no ex-communication of the petitioner as alleged by him.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
