This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2058 of 2022. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
