2. The learned Counse appearing for the appellant has submitted that the appellant as well as the respondent had married independently another persons. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infractuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
