ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue work order in favour of the petitioner and to disburse the amount to her under the Indira Awas Yojana (IAY) within the time stipulated by Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that she is not living with her husband. However, the amount was deposited in her husband's account.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that work order has already been given, house has been built by the husband and the money has also been deposited into his account. 4.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
