The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.A2/40/2017 dated 04.09.2018 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to implement the earlier orders of 3rd respondent in Na.Ka A2/40/2017 dated 08.01.2018 and consequently directed the respondents 1 to 5 herein to recover the keys of the jewellery Safety Locker as well as jewels belonging to Arulmigu Sri Ramalinga Sowdambigai Amman in S.R.S.Amman Kovil Street, Aruppukottai Town, Virudhunagar District and to hand over the same to the petitioner trustee and to permit the petitioner to conduct Navarathiri [Navami] festival commencing from 14.09.2018 till the end on 20.10.2018 by giving adequate police protection. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel for the sixth respondent submitted that the festival is already over.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned police for future festival for proper permission. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
