ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2023, seek 1/3

anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the petitioner are partners in a business. By way of partnership deed, the defacto complainant invested Rs.35,23,356/- and Rs.13,35,697/- through Bank to the petitioner. Later the petitioner did not give share to the defacto complainant and cheated. Hence, this complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter is settled between the parties out of the Court.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
