This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.237 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent/Complainant police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 1st respondent has completed the investigation in crime No.237 of 2017 and they have filed the final report report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, which is pending for taking cognizance.
3.Considering the said submission, this Court is of the view that since the 1st respondent competed the investigation, there is no question to quash the FIR would arise and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
