This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent and further, to direct the respondents to continue to maintain 2/5
the petitioner's scale of pay at Rs.15600-39100+5400 and to repay to the petitioner forthwith the recovered sum of Rs.70,110/- from the petitioner's pension.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this writ petition is granted to the petition's by way of passing G.O.Ms.No.70, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare (MWRU2) Department,dated 03.10.2020. Therefore, the petitioner is seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
