ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is employed as Cashier / Data Operator in the third respondent Society. By the impugned order he has been suspended from service. The third respondent is very much having the jurisdiction to suspend the petitioner. However, the third respondent is obliged to review the order of suspension periodically. The petitioner has already given a representation dated 13.06.2022.
3. The third respondent is directed to pass order on the said representation and take a decision as to whether the petitioner will continue to be under suspension or whether the petitioner should be reinstated. Such an order will be passed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the said order is adverse to the petitioner, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court again. The third respondent is obliged 2/4
to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner. If they have not been paid so far, the arrears to be paid forthwith and without any delay. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
