ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner and the second respondent are wife and husband. A girl child Hanshika was born through the wedlock. The marital relationship between the writ petitioner and the second respondent came under strain. It appears that divorce proceedings are going on. The child is with the mother. The petitioner wants to renew the passport. The second respondent expresses his no objection. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to renew the petition mentioned passport and issue the same to the petitioner. This writ petition is allowed on these terms.
