[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.R.Venkateswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Tamil Mani, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. By consent on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the sister of the deceased employee, who was working as Head Clerk in the Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi. According to the petitioner, the wife of her brother predeceased him and there was no children out of their wedlock and as of now the petitioner is the sole surviving legal heir. In this regard, she has obtained a decree from the Civil Court.

3. However, in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, and in the representation there is no mention about how https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.23641 of 2019 the petitioner is entitled to seek for the relief sought for in the representation. Therefore, we dispose of this writ petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation enclosing all the records in support of her claim to the first respondent. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
