ORDER

The challenge in the writ petition is to the demand of the property tax by the first respondent.

2. Pending this writ petition, by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.90/2023 dated 20.06.2023, pursuant to the directions of this Court in an earlier round of litigation filed by the petitioner, the first respondent had determined the tax that is payable by the petitioner. Hence, there is no necessity to adjudicate the demand made by the first respondent impugned in this writ petition any further. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 20.06.2023 made by the first respondent in the manner known to law.

3. With such liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
