This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 26.09.2019 as per section 7(1) of the Right to Information Act 2005. 2.Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the information sought for by the petitioner had already been given. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 3.In view of the submission so made, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
