Respondent/Petitioner Prayer:- Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under section 24 of Civil Procedure Code praying this Hon`ble Court to to withdraw the guardian petition in GWOP No.901 of 2017 on the file of the learned Family Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of learned Principal District Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, to be tried along with GWOP No.35 of 2017.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge,Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur vide the letter in D.No.2230/2021 dated 17.04.2021 and this Court made the following order: By order dated 31.08.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose the G.W.O.P.No.901 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. After transferring the entire records in GWOP.No.901 of 2017 from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Principal District Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, a new number has been assigned as GWOP.No.73 of 2020.

2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.2230 dated 17.04.2021 wherein, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, has requested for extension of three months to comply with the above order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
