The petitioner, with a grievance that his application dated 20.04.2023 for measuring the lands in Survey Nos.147/2, 147/3, 148/2C, 148/3A and 148/3B situated at Chinnakovilankulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District, has not been considered, has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have issued notice to the adjacent land owners and are intending to conduct survey on 26.09.2023. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct survey by following due process of law within a period of eight weeks. There shall be no order as to costs.
