ORDER

This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to strike off the petition in HMOP.No.209 of 2018 filed by the respondent before the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil. 2.The prime contention of the petitioner is that the marriage between herself and respondent was neither solemnised nor cohabitation exists and therefore, the petitioner has filed this revision petition to strike off the HMOP.No.209 of 2018 filed by the respondent/husband before the Family Court, Nagercoil, for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner would further state that the respondent/husband has also filed HMOP.No.169/2019 before the Family Court, Nagercoil, to declare the alleged marriage dated 04.09.2017 as null and void and now the respondent has filed a counter in this revision petition that he is willing to withdraw HMOP.No.209/2018. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the respondent has filed I.A.No.2/2019 before the Court below to withdraw HMOP.No.209/2018 and also filed counter in this revision petition that he is willing to withdraw HMOP.No.209/2018, the petitioner is ready to withdraw https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the revision petition.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
