Prayer :- The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to disburse the deposit amount of Rs.5,03,477/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Seven only) which was deposited pursuant to the other passed by the Principal Sub Judge, Trichy in L.A.O.P.No.14/1993, along with accrued interest by considering the petitioners representation dated 11.10.2021.

ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter received from the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichy seeking further extension of time to dispose of LAOP No.14/1993, and upon hearing the arguments of no appearance for the Petitioner and of Thiru.K.S.Selvaganesan, (R1 to R3) and V.P.RAjan, for Respondent No.4, this Court made the following order:

The learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, sought time to dispose of the case in LAOP No.14 of 1993 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. In view of the same, this Court hereby direct the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the same within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
