This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first and second respondents herein to enquire into the affairs of the Balia Muslim Sangam situated at Valuthoor, Thanjavur District, on the basis of the representation given by the petitioners, dated 18.11.2015. 2.Today(08.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
