PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to issue the missing certificate to the petitioner regarding his passport No.A3937402 on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.04.2016. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Kannan For Respondents : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue a missing certificate to the petitioner for his passport.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certificate as such sought by the petitioner has been issued to the petitioner and based on that certificate, he has obtained passport and travelled to abroad.

3. In view of the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated further in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
