ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate steps to inspect and verify the strength and stability of ongoing construction of overhead tank in Vathavaneri Village in the vicinity of nearby Primary Agriculture Co-operative Credit Society through the expert and also by doing soil, by considering the representation of his association dated 20.08.2024.

2.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that there are several tests taken on the construction of overhead tank in Vathavaneri Village and report has been submitted by the Head of Department, Department of Civil Engineering, Mohamed Sathak Engineering College on 06.03.2024.

3.A perusal of the report shows that it is in consonance with the specifications given in the tender for constructing the overhead tank. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. The report shall form part and parcel of the record. No costs.
