ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the proceedings of the respondents 1 & 2 in Na.Ka.Aa6/21251/2015 dated 03.03.2016 and in Na.Ka.A7/6903/2012 dated 28.08.2015, respectively, in and by which, the District Revenue Officer and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy, passed orders for grant of patta in favour of one Singam @ Muthukrishnan / fourth respondent herein.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that after the orders passed by the District Revenue Officer and the Revenue Divisional Officer, the District Collector, 3/6

Trichy, has conducted a detailed enquiry, pursuant to a direction issued by this Court in WP(MD)No.17214 of 2018, dated 02.08.2018 and has passed an order in Na.Ka.AA6/21251/2015, dated 15.07.2019. 3.It appears that the petitioner has already preferred a revision petition before the District Collector, who, in turn, by order dated 15.07.2019, has confirmed the orders passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer and the District Revenue Officer. The District Collector has further observed that the petitioner has purchased the property from the persons, who are not having any right over the property.

4.In view of the subsequent developments, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 15.02.2023 Internet : Yes / No gk 4/6
