Achamapuram Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District and thereby issue the patta in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.504, in S.F.No. 267/1F, 1G, 1H and 1I Achamapuram Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District in the light of the Sale Deed in Document No.1433/2008 dated 04.09.2008. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal in O.Mu. 1336/2021 (A4) within the stipulated period and consequently direct the third respondent to rectify the erroneous entry made in favour of the 4th to 6th respondents made in Patta Nos. 529, 430, and 527 of Achamapuram Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District and thereby issue the patta in favour of the petitioner in Patta No.504, in S.F.No. 267/1F, 1G, 1H and 1I Achamapuram Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District in the light of the Sale Deed in Document No.1433/2008 dated 04.09.2008.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted 2/4

that the District Revenue Officer, Karur has already passed an order dated 20.03.2023 and a copy of the same was also produced before this Court. It is seen that the order has been passed in favour of the petitioner.
