ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representations dated 11.10.2021, 22.11.2021 and 08.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner's father purchased an agricultural land, measuring an extent of 2 Acres and 38.5 Cents out of 4 Acres and 77 Cents on the western side of S.No.478, through a registered sale deed, bearing Document No.1258/1942, dated 26.05.1942 and the remaining extent was purchased by one Late.Sundara Thevar. While so, when the petitioner tried to avail some agricultural benefits from the Government, he came to know that there were some errors occurred during UDR Scheme. Thereafter, he made representations to the respondents on 11.10.2021, 22.11.2021 and 08.10.2022. Since the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representations, dated 11.10.2021, 22.11.2021 and 08.10.2022, would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/4

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 11.10.2021, 22.11.2021 and 08.10.2022, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties concerned, within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
