ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed to direct the third Respondent to take necessary action regard to the Petitioner's complaint-cumrepresentation dated 02.09.2022 as per the procedure laid down in Criminal Procedure Code, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, no representation for the Petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the Respondent Police and the Petition was closed. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutoras well as in the light of the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100, in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
