ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings of the third respondent dated 12.07.2018 and further direct the respondents to extend the petitioner's fishery rights in and over Karuppanadhi Dam for a further period of one year from 09.10.2018 towards the loss of period.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
