This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to secure the detenue namely Rajeshkumar, S/o.Narayanan, aged about 45 years and to produce the detenue before this Court

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent police has registered the case in Crime No.547 of 2019 under 'Man Missing'. On instructions, the husband of the petitioner was secured and his statement was recorded. The husband of the petitioner stated that she is having illegal intimacy with another person and he does not want to join with the petitioner.
