(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) Heard Mr.V.Bharathi Kannan, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

2.By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to consider his representation, wherein he seeks for restoration of the petitioner's locality from the newly demarcated 9th Ward, Vinayagapuram to the earlier 12th Ward, Vinayagapuram. The petitioner would state that on account of such demarcation, the polling booth will be in a different area and that will be difficulty for the petitioner and other public to exercise their franchise.

Writ Petition (MD).No.23551 of 2019 4.In our considered view, these are all issues which concerns internal administration and matter concerning election. We cannot step into the realm of administrative decisions taken by the respondent in this regard. In the absence of any illegality or arbitrariness, which the petitioner has not established, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
