ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent drew my attention to the promotion order, dated 17.11.2023 by which the petitioner has been promoted from the post of Secondary Grade Teacher to Primary School Headmaster. However, the petitioner has challenged the order, dated 24.03.2023 in which the promotion to the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster has been rejected by the 1st respondent.

2. In view of the subsequent promotion order, dated 17.11.2023, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
