PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of impugned order in C.No.91/Taple / SJO-V/6 by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to grant permission to perform the dance program of Adal Padal at 07.00 p.m., to 10.00 p.m., at Arulmigu Shri Santhana Mariamman Thirukovil Temple situates in Ulaipatti, Soolapuram Post, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District on 14.04.2016 and to provide adequate police protection based on petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2016.
