ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Provisional Selection List.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent would submit that the respondents had already published the revised Provisional Selection List. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, libety is giving to the petitioner to challenge the said revised Provisional Selection 2/4

List, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
