ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 01.02.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.1969 of 2023, wherein this Court has directed the first respondent to pass orders on the proposal forwarded by the third respondent School, dated 11.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court on 29.11.2023, the order has been complied with and a detailed order rejecting the request of the School has been passed.

3. In view of the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed granting liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the said order, if she is so advised.
