PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to disburse the compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- with 18% interest to the petitioner for the death of the petitioner's daughter-in-law Amaravathi in the road accident. This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus,to direct the first respondent to disburse the compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- with 1/3

18% interest to the petitioner for the death of the petitioner's daughter-in-law Amaravathi in the road accident. 2.Today(15.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
