This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.03.2014 to take action against the third respondent herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that now the third respondent has been transferred to the post of the Inspector of Police, Kadayanallur Police Station, Tirunelveli District. Further the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been enquired and the same was closed .
