PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2016 in respect of the document No.4/1983 dated 03.01.1983 on the file of the third 1/4

respondent, in the light on the circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) issued by the first respondent within the time period stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2016.

2.Today(20.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.In earlier occasion, on 15.02.2023, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2016, an enquiry was conducted by the Society as per Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 and an order was also passed by the District Registrar in 2/4

Na.Ka.No.2101/A4/2021, dated 29.07.2022. He has also produced the copy of the above proceedings.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition is disposed of as no further order is required. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
