ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.M.Aasha, Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the 1st respondent this Court made the following order:

The matter is posted for compliance of the order. 2.It can be seen that the Criminal Original Petition was allowed on condition that each of the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the sum as directed by this Court is paid and proof thereof is filed in USR No.26670 of 2019 on 05.12.2019. However, the Office is unable to trace out the said proof affidavit. But however, in view of the unequivocal assertion made by the learner counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to record the compliance and close the case. 3.Accordingly, the petition stands closed.
