ORDER

The petitioner, then Vice President, has submitted a representation to the authorities on 28.12.2015 that the seventh respondent, Panchayat President, has misappropriated public money. Since his representation was not considered, he has approached this Court by way of this writ petition. 2/4

2.Considering the nature of allegation raised and the fact that the representation of the petitioner is still pending consideration, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a copy of his representation along with supporting documents, if any, to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent / Inspector of Panchayat is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a further period of twelve weeks therefrom.

There shall be no order as to costs.
