When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a civil suit in A.S. No. 11 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Palani and that he had been instructed to withdraw the writ petition. An endorsement to that effect has been made.
