PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus, forbearing the 4th and 5th respondents from erecting Cell Phone Tower in Door No.150, Jeeva Street, Edatheru, T.Aalai Post, Manapparai, Trichy District and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to stop the erection of Cell Phone Tower in the premises of the 5th respondent considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2016. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus, forbearing the 4th and 5th respondents from erecting Cell Phone Tower in Door No.150, Jeeva Street, Edatheru, T.Aalai Post, Manapparai, Trichy District and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to stop the erection of Cell Phone Tower in the premises of the 5th 2/5

respondent considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2016.

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing it is represented that cell phone tower has already been erected.

3.In view of the above submission and also in view of the orders of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.15974 of 2019, dated 29.08.2019 this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
