This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the 4th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 02.02.2023.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is misusing the room which is attached to the temple. Also, the 4th respondent is teasing women who comes to temple. According to the petitioner, the said room is attached to the temple. However, the respondents refuted the said allegation stating that there is no room attached to the temple, but the petitioner is mentioning a place where drama would be staged which is adjacent to the temple and it is not belonging to the temple. Since it is not belonging to the 2/6

temple the respondents are not in a position to take any action.

3. Since the allegation against the 4th respondent are serious in nature but the temple cannot take any action, hence, the petitioner is directed to give a police complaint and the Police shall investigate the same. If the complaint is found to be true, the Police shall take appropriate action against the 4th respondent.

4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed. No costs.
