To prefer this Memorandum of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi passed in A.S.64 of 2004 dated 02.11.2004 setting aside the Judgment and Decree of Learned Additional District Munsif of Thoothukudi passed in O.S.No.257 of 1994 dated 24.02.1995.
