Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESHKUMAR D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to 1/3

surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners could not mobilize the fund as directed by this Court, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.08.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14622 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
