ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the Writ Petition is misconceived. 2.Approval of the educational society is to be granted in accordance with the provisions of the relevant statutes and rules in force. More so, the Writ Petition was filed in the year 2019 and six years have since lapsed. 3.The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 submitted that a Special Officer has been appointed. 4.Under these circumstances, if any grievance exists as of now, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities. Moreover, the nature 3/6
of the grievance raised in the Writ Petition does not fall within the scope of the Public Interest Litigation.
5.For all these reasons, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
