ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to provide electricity connection to the Small Sivan Temple situated in Survey No. 102/3C at Mudhukadu Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, on instructions submitted that the application received in this regard from the petitioner has been cancelled for submission of certain necessary documents from the petitioner and hence, the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh application with all necessary documents along with property tax. Thereafter, the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, the petitioner is directed to make an application afresh along with all necessary documents including the property tax. On receipt of 2/4

the same, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on such application made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
