ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.08.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 123 of BNS r/w. Section 24(i) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in crime No. 327 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner that he was roaming near the school and was found to be selling tobacco products including cool lips products to the school children, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
