ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/2nd Respondent and punish him for the Willful disobedience of the order of the Honble High Court in Crl. O.P. (MD) No. 5784 of 2019, dated 23.04.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that before passing order itself the respondent completed investigation in Crime No.212 of 2018 as ' further action dropped ' and filed the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkotai on 10.12.2018.

3. Therefore there is no disobedience on the part of the respondent as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5784 of 2019. Hence this Contempt petition is closed..
