PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the first Respondent and his police officials that not to harass the Petitioner and his family in the guise of enquiry based on the second Respondent's complaint.

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the first Respondent and his police officials to not to harass the Petitioner and his family in the guise of enquiry based on the second Respondent's complaint. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the first Respondent is directed to issue summons, hold enquiry as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353 . The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Investigating Officer shall act accordingly.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off.
